The Lebanon Fire Department conducts training on a daily basis. The Department also sends firefighters to training classes around the state and country.
Firefighters train to handle a large variety of situations including:
- Structure fires
- Vehicle fires
- Hazardous material releases
- Emergency medical care
- Technical rescue
Training Area Fire Departments
The Department works closely with the neighboring fire departments in
Laclede,
Pulaski, and
Camden Counties. The Department trains personnel from these departments annually.
