When you enroll, every month we will send you your utility bill showing the total amount due. This will serve as a reminder of the amount to be deducted from your checking account. The amount of your bill will be deducted from your checking account on the 15th of each month, and will show as paid on your next statement. Level Pay for Utility Payments:
After you have been on our system for 12 months you may qualify for Level Pay Billing. We will establish a use charge based on your previous account history and that will be your payment for the next 12 months. This keeps your payments the same throughout the year giving you a great way to manage your household budget. Your account must be current to participate in the program.
