Lebanon Regional Economic Development Incorporated, or Lebanon-REDI, is a not-for-profit, 501c(6) corporation organization that was formed in 2004 to be the economic development organization for Lebanon and Laclede County. Previously known as “America’s Heartland Economic Partnership”, the organization is funded by the City of Lebanon, Laclede County, and the private sector.
The mission of Lebanon-REDI is “To strengthen the Laclede County economic base and increase the standard of living of all residents through retention, expansion, attraction and development of primary jobs and capital investments.”
Lebanon-REDI is operated and reviewed by our strategic plan, which is updated yearly by the Lebanon-REDI Board of Directors. The major focus areas of the strategic plan are:
- Business Retention and Expansion
- Business Attraction – Industrial and Retail/Commercial
- Community Development
- Corporate Development
